• Shop Name (dba if web name different than shop name)
• Shop Physical Address
• Phone Number and email address where customers receive timely help during normal business hours. (By next business day)
• Full satisfaction return policies for customer for products not installed or used.

The preferred method of internet selling is through SmartEtailing or the Buy Local Now program.
